These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Laser247. By creating an account, obtaining a Laser247 ID, or using our website/app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility

- You must have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements
- You are responsible for confirming that online betting/gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction
- One person may hold only one Laser247 account unless we approve otherwise in writing
2. Account & Laser247 ID
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated
- You are responsible for all activity under your Laser247 ID and for safeguarding login credentials
- We may request identity or payment verification at any time
- We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms
3. Platform Services
Laser247 provides sports betting (including cricket/IPL markets), exchange-style back & lay options, and live casino / instant games. Odds, markets, and game availability may change without notice. Results are settled according to official event outcomes and our house rules.
4. Deposits, Bets & Withdrawals
- Deposits may be made via supported methods such as UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, bank transfer, and cards where available
- Funds must belong to you; third-party payments may be rejected
- Bets are final once accepted, except where cancellation is required by error, fraud prevention, or event voiding
- Withdrawals are subject to verification, available balance, and processing checks
- We may reverse or withhold funds linked to chargebacks, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform if under 18 or from a restricted jurisdiction
- Collusion, match-fixing, bots, arbitrage abuse, or multi-accounting

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laser247 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including betting losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the licensed operator, Sports Target B.V. (Curaçao), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence. Local legality of betting remains your responsibility.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the platform and request account closure.
